Builds on Benh's initial bringup.

 - Fix reboot. aspeed_restart was declarted __init, so machine_restart
was jumping into random memory. We can now reboot using the watchdog.
 - Add some device definitions
 - Use defines for aspeed machine
 - Add hpll to dts so drivers can query it
 - Build sram driver. We have a 32K chunk of SRAM on the AHB bus. Use
the existing driver to provide access to the memory via genalloc.
 - Enable UART clock divisor. Our .dts assumes that the UART clock is
divided by 13, but different u-boots may leave this bit in different
states. Initialise it in aspeed_early_init explicitly.
 - Register APB clock with clk subsystem. This uses the fixed clock that
Ben added to the device tree. It allows us to use the clock framework
   to query speeds from drivers.
 - irqchip/aspeed: Update to newer IRQ API
 - Use a common dtsi file for aspeed devices. The dts files for palmetto
and barreleye are mostly the same; use a dtsi file for the common
chip parts, with the board-specific things in the per-platform files.
   * Add #address- &amp; #size-cells properties to i2c.
   * Added i2c busses and devices
   * Update device tree for ncsi support

The i.MX SoC changes for 4.3:
 - Add i.MX6 Ultralite SoC support, which is the newest addition to
i.MX6 family. It integrates a single Cortex-A7 core and a power
management module that reduces the complexity of external power
   supply and simplifies power sequencing.
 - Change SNVS RTC driver to use syscon interface for register access,
and add SNVS power key driver support.
 - Add a second clock for mxc rtc driver, and support device tree probe
   for the driver.
 - Add FEC MAC reference clock and phy fixup initialization for i.MX6UL
   platform.

<title>ARM: fix DEBUG_SET_MODULE_RONX build dependencies</title>

randconfig testing reveals that DEBUG_SET_MODULE_RONX needs to depend on
MMU otherwise these build errors are observed:

kernel/built-in.o: In function `set_section_ro_nx':
kernel/module.c:1738: undefined reference to `set_memory_nx'
kernel/built-in.o: In function `set_page_attributes':
kernel/module.c:1709: undefined reference to `set_memory_ro'

This is because the pageattr functions are not built for !MMU configs as
they don't have page tables.

Pull ARM updates from Russell King:
"Bigger items included in this update are:

   - A series of updates from Arnd for ARM randconfig build failures
   - Updates from Dmitry for StrongARM SA-1100 to move IRQ handling to
     drivers/irqchip/
   - Move ARMs SP804 timer to drivers/clocksource/
   - Perf updates from Mark Rutland in preparation to move the ARM perf
code into drivers/ so it can be shared with ARM64.
   - MCPM updates from Nicolas
   - Add support for taking platform serial number from DT
   - Re-implement Keystone2 physical address space switch to conform to
     architecture requirements
   - Clean up ARMv7 LPAE code, which goes in hand with the Keystone2
     changes.
   - L2C cleanups to avoid unlocking caches if we're prevented by the
     secure support to unlock.
   - Avoid cleaning a potentially dirty cache containing stale data on
     CPU initialisation
   - Add ARM-only entry point for secondary startup (for machines that
can only call into a Thumb kernel in ARM mode). Same thing is also
done for the resume entry point.
   - Provide arch_irqs_disabled via asm-generic
   - Enlarge ARMv7M vector table
   - Always use BFD linker for VDSO, as gold doesn't accept some of the
     options we need.
   - Fix an incorrect BSYM (for Thumb symbols) usage, and convert all
BSYM compiler macros to a "badr" (for branch address).
   - Shut up compiler warnings provoked by our cmpxchg() implementation.
   - Ensure bad xchg sizes fail to link"

The i.MX SoC updates for 4.2:
 - Add new SoC i.MX7D support, which integrates two Cortex-A7 and one
   Cortex-M4 cores.
 - Support suspend from IRAM on i.MX53, so that DDR pins can be set to
high impedance for more power saving during suspend.
 - Move i.MX clock drivers from arch/arm/mach-imx to drivers/clk/imx.
 - Move i.MX GPT timer driver from arch/arm/mach-imx into
   drivers/clocksource.
 - A couple of clock driver update for VF610 and i.MX6Q.
 - A few random code correction and improvement.

It's obviously pointless to dump page tables when the MMU is disabled,
and even trying to build this code results in numerous build errors
like these:
